We are looking for a candidate to assist with support requests in the San Francisco, West Addition area. Candidate must be on-site at SF location 3 days a week, with ability to travel to satellite offices in SF and Oakland. Telecommute OK!
- Courteous e-mail and language which does not be-little a person. “No questions are silly” welcomed!
- Contact with vendors for support issues.
- Software includes Office 365, Office Suite, Intuit QuickBooks, ACT.
- Windows Active Directory and Remote Desktop services, file-shares and network drives
- PC building and hardware troubleshooting
- Printer setup and maintenance
- Mobile phone setup
